In the world of facilitation, advocating on content is typically something that the facilitator consciously does not engage it. The role of the facilitator is as steward and champion of the process itself. In IDP facilitation, however, facilitators are often tasked with being the steward of process as well as being the architect/green building champion/project manager, or some other key team role.
